Balancing the energy that we have


 We knows that the pattern of healthy eating is important, but there are some foods that can give even more. Food sources of energy will increase stamina, strength, endurance, and overall health of our bodies. Food sources of energy also makes us not tire easily, increase immunity, and helps keep the body stay fit and healthy. Not just food, there are aspects of other lifestyle that have a major impact on our energy level. Important things to maintain our energy balance beside keeps the pattern of eating: enough rest, not smoking, limiting alcohol and drug use, and effective stress management.

            First of all, we have a basic physiological need for regular breaks. With adequate rest, the energy that we have not wasted in vain. If we are too tired and not rested enough, the intake of food that we eat would not be useful for our body because the unbalance between the the pattern of eating and our necessity to have rest.

            Then, stay away from smoking! When viewed in terms of health, smoking has a very bad result. Substances that contained in cigarettes may interfere the function of organs in our bodies. How could we say that someone is a healthy person if in the fact that he is a smoker? Even people who do not smoke but often inhaling the cigarette smoke, it’s could be affected the bad impact in common with smokers. Of course this needs to be avoided for the balance maintain.

            Alcohol and drugs not only effects to the body but also can cause addiction. Both of these were very influential on the disruption of the central nerve system. Many cases show us that how dangerous the alcohol and drugs to our body, the diseases makes our endurance be weak!

            Finally, a healthy body requires a healthy life as well. Many kinds of activities can cause us to be stress, and whether we are aware that stress is draining the energy that we have? When stressed, we become too force the activityies and too much thinking about something. This is very influential with the energy balance in our bodies. Little thing that we can do to reduce the stress is to laugh, so give the best position for ourselves as comfortable as possible! So the food that we eat can be beneficial for our bodies.

            In brief, think positive and happy can add to the body's immune and improve living standards. Meditation is a technique that can be used to achieve stress-free of mind. Positive behavior, support from family and friends, the satisfaction gained from work, family life, and other activities can also determine the potential power in our lives. So, what are you waiting for?  
Balancing your pattern of eating with the benefit activites. Grow up your healthy life and manage it from now because there is no word for say “it’s too late”.
